Your true cost per square foot, so we can set one flat rate card across the account.
We're building a single flat rate card to quote print production across a multi-brand luxury retail account. To set it, we need your true cost per square foot, by substrate, at three annual volume levels. These are your prices to Power Media, not to the end client — you never quote or invoice the client directly.
Fill in every field. Rates are per square foot, taxes excluded, and include print, ink, media and labor.
The "Our target" column is the cost level at which this works for both of us — so you can see at a glance which lines you can compete on. It is not a price to quote up to.
If you'd outsource a line, enter your landed outsourced cost and mark it on Capability — don't leave it blank.
If it's a line you would not take on at all, write NO BID in the notes.
Quote in good faith at volumes you could hold for twelve months.

Tiers are planning scenarios for how much of the account is awarded — estimates, not commitments. Nothing here is a purchase order or a volume guarantee, and everything is covered by the mutual NDA.

Print rates
Cost per square foot to Power Media at each volume tier. The two backlit lines are different processes (photographic vs. inkjet) — price them separately. The gold Our target figures are our reference cost, not an input.
About the target column. These are the cost levels at which this partnership works for both of us at the volumes shown — not a ceiling to price up to, and not a negotiation. If a line comes back under target, that's not just our gain: it's what lets us price under the market on the client side and win more doors and Maisons — volume through your shop. If a line comes back over target, tell us rather than squeezing it; we'd rather decide together whether to outsource it, source the media differently, or leave it off the card.

Finishing & mounting
Per square foot. Leave blank only if truly not applicable — otherwise a number or a note.
Finishing add-ons
Mounting to rigid
A blank target means we don't have a reliable market reference for that line — quote it as you see it and we'll take a view.
3
Packing & freight
We ship to our own installer network across the US and Canada, and to cruise ports. No target column here — but don't treat it as an afterthought: packing is per door, so every line repeats on every door of every campaign, and at volume it becomes real money. We'll benchmark it the same way we did the print rates.

Freight & dispatch
Power Media intends to hold the carrier account and negotiate US & Canada rates centrally — the above is to understand your dispatch capability, not to move freight margin.
